Upload a client dataset
Trial limit: 1 GB per dataset. Larger datasets depend on your configured storage, compute and workflow limits.
Choose one file per dataset. Files are stored privately for your account. Uploading does not run a job or train the AI. Application compatibility must be validated before execution.
Storage belongs to your signed-in account. cryoSPARC execution requires licensing clearance; SBGrid also requires selecting an entitled tool. Uploads are stored in Cloud Storage, not automatically copied to Filestore.
Validate and run a RELION upload
CTF estimation on one 2D MRC2014 micrograph: import -> CTF estimation. This profile does not process raw movies or perform reconstruction. Enter the acquisition settings for your dataset; do not copy settings from an unrelated experiment.
Scheduler accounting
Every job the scheduler recorded, per dataset: what was requested, what was used. Read from the dataset's accounting; efficiency is shown only where the rows carry CPU time and peak memory.
